We know that our people are our greatest asset and supporting the wellbeing of our life-changing people is essential to creating a healthy and open culture. We have a number of initiatives to ensure that support is accessible across a number of platforms to suit the needs of all individuals.

Employee Assistance Programme and Helpline

Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is offered as part of our strategy to continue to make Lifetime a great place to work. The EAP provides you and your family with information, advice and counselling covering a variety of personal, family or workplace issues.

Lifeline

Our online mental health and wellbeing hub is packed with resources and materials to help you with your mental health, wellbeing and work/life balance. You can dip into the hub whenever you need some advice as well as find out what we can do for you if you find yourself in a time of struggle. 

24 Hour Virtual GP

All colleagues have unlimited access to a 24/7 virtual GP

Health Assured

Health Assured is an additional EAP suit of wellbeing services and includes a 24/7 confidential helpline, critical incident, and trauma support as well as an online health portal.

Flexible Working

All Lifetime employees, who have completed 26 weeks of service, have the right to request a change to their terms and conditions of employment to work flexibly once in any 12 month period. 

Blended Ways of Working

Our Blended Ways of Working enables our colleagues to work in the most effective possible, way whilst ensuring they have a rewarding career coupled with a healthy work/life balance. It also helps us manage and adapt to the ever-changing needs of our business and the fast-paced world around us.

Blended Ways of Working builds on the benefits flexible working offers, and combines remote, office and site working, as well as flexibility in when, and for how long, you engage in your work-related tasks. It is focused on promoting work flexibility to support work-life balance​.

Wellbeing Champions

Our Wellbeing Champions are Lifetimers who have volunteered their time and expertise to help bring an additional element of focus on mental health and wellbeing, and support to their fellow Lifetimers. They are here to provide a compassionate and confidential space to discuss wellbeing and signpost you to possible support tools and resources, and sources of advice already provided by Lifetime.

Thrive

A monthly newsletter that focuses   on   the   five   areas   Lifetime   have   pledged   to   support   within   the   business; charity and volunteering, mental health and wellbeing, health and safety, inclusion and diversity, (L&D), and safeguarding.
