You're entitled to 25 days' statutory holiday (pro-rata for part-time) and eight public holidays per calendar year.  

We also add one extra day of annual leave to your allocation at each five-year milestone.

Our excellent auto-enrolment, salary sacrifice pension scheme allows you to contribute as much as you’d like from your salary, and we’ll match that up to 5%

From day one you’ll be entitled to contributions towards eye care including eye tests and £50 to spend towards prescription eyewear.

We hope nothing bad happens to you at Lifetime Group, but if it did, you’re covered by our insurance. In the event of your death in service, we’ll pay an equivalent of 3x your salary

For eligible team members we offer two weeks full pay for team members on paternity leave.
