Life-Changing Coaches

Learning coaches work with learners who need more support, whether this is in achieving their Functional Skills or for additional learning needs that need to be tailored to the individual. They work alongside the learners’ Coach to provide that additional and essential support to those who need it most.

They work in every sector in which we operate - Fitness, Hospitality, Health and Social Care, Clinical Health, Early Years, Leadership and Management, Retail, Warehousing, Trade and Logistics and Professional Services - underpinning the achievement of apprenticeships and helping to create the next generation of professionals.
