Quality Improvement Coaches
Our Quality Improvement Coaches work at the heart of our business, delivering quality from the inside out.
This role ensures the quality assurance of the full learner journey and supports the Area Managers in the implementation of the curriculum across all programmes.
Passionate about learning and with a keen eye for detail they work closely with our Coaches in the field, helping to improve both their teaching and training as well as their technical and occupational competence over time.
If you have experience in assessing or verifying within a specific sector and a teaching qualification at level 5 (or the commitment to work towards one within agreed timescales), this is where your work can really change lives.
