I enjoy the team members that I work with, the company is really friendly and never stops ensuring that you are happy in your day to day role
I chose to work for Lifetime as an apprentice in 2013. The reason I chose to apply for the position was to earn whilst I learnt and build up my CV. Lifetime also offers qualifications which can be life changing to their learners which I think is really satisfying to be a part of.
I enjoy the team members that I work with, the company is really friendly and never stops ensuring that you are happy in your day to day role.
I help my team members with their day to day tasks, I complete reporting and support my line manager with any task needed.
I started as an apprentice, became a Sales Support Coordinator, was promoted to a Senior Course Advisor and then to Enrolment Support Team Leader.
My biggest achievement in Lifetime was to be promoted across teams, from a team member to a senior role in a different department. This is my biggest achievement as I worked to expand my company knowledge since I was an apprentice and took on extra tasks.
My biggest challenge was when I was an apprentice, I was very nervous about going on to the phone. After overcoming this challenge I moved into a phone based role which boosted my confidence in and outside the workplace.
My role helps the daily lead creation and helps to give my advisors the best opportunity to create quality leads.
I think the Lifetime 'Collaborative Working' DNA is imperative for someone to be successful a Lifetime.
I am encouraged to do a good job on a daily basis and am offered support, if I need it, in everything I do. This is not just from my line manager but my team and other management across the business.
It’s a friendly and fast paced environment.
Everyone supports everyone. It’s a warm and welcome culture.
The development of their staff, as much effort is put into the staff as the learners.
