Meet Adam

Adam is a two-time winner of our SPIRIT Award, Adam has evolved from an administrator to his current manager position. As a fan of Lord of the Rings, he would be keen to host a dinner party including Stephen Fry, Lee Evans, Holly Willoughby and of course, Gandalf himself, Sir Ian McKellan.

Upon researching the company I found that Lifetime work with numerous big employers and is one of the top training providers. From knowing this I wanted to change my career path.

I would have to say the people! Also, I think that the benefits that Lifetime offer and the development I received to help me with my career aspirations is a big part of why I love working at Lifetime.

I manage the Registration and Certification Team that deal with all aspects of administration for this and the commercial side of the business.

I have had various roles and my journey started as an Administrator, I then went to Funding Administrator for student loans, to Team Leader and then into my current role of Registration and Certification Manager.

Winning the companies SPIRIT award in 2014 and 2017 was a real surprise. To have this recognition from others in the business, for what I see as my day to day job was amazing. I was also very proud to be promoted as manager.

The biggest challenge I've faced is the introduction of the apprenticeship levy in May 2017. I have had to change everything that I learnt within the company over the past five years and adapt my ways of working.

Due to the nature of our business where we have to be adaptable to keep up with government changes, they would need to be hard working and have a drive to do well.
