Meet Clare

Having started her career in hospitality, Clare joined Lifetime as a Regional Apprenticeship Trainer. She was then able to use the experience and knowledge that she gained in this role to become a Key Account Manager for our hospitality employer partners, making sure that we deliver tailored, quality services in line with their business needs. Clare is proud to have gained her assessor qualification through Lifetime and is driving herself to develop her career within 18 months.

I wanted to get back into hospitality industry and I looked on Lifetime's website to learn about the company and what their values were and what career prospects were offered.

I started out as an apprenticeship trainer and came directly from a hospitality background.  Lifetime supported me in passing my assessor qualification within the first six months with the company.  I wanted to get in to an Account Manager role and was offered the opportunity to support at employer partner meetings to showcase Lifetime as a partner. I am now lucky enough to be an Account Manager and cover the Midlands and North.

I think it has to be passing my CAVA and being promoted 18 months into working with Lifetime

I only have to ask my manager for any support and she would be there. There is also out FUSE platform for any information you need.  You can also pick up the phone to anyone within Lifetime and they are always happy to support you.

It is hard work and a demanding job. If you have passion for what you do and believe in what Lifetime offers it makes it a job worth loving
